BFI is governed by a 21 member Board of Trustees elected by the messengers of the Illinois Baptist State Association.  Among Illinois Baptist corporations, BFI serves as a steward and fiduciary for many hundreds of Illinois Baptist individuals and churches as well as the other State Association entities.  As such, our board members have expertise not only in the life of the church, but in education, financial management, and planned giving.
